The Holistic Dojo is a safe, empowering space for deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent people recovering from trauma, burnout, discrimination, and identity loss.
Created by therapist and coach Kerry Tidman, this is where therapy, coaching, and advocacy come together to help you heal and reclaim who you are.
✨ What does ‘dojo’ mean?
‘Dojo’ is a Japanese word meaning ‘place of the way’. Traditionally used in martial arts, it represents a dedicated space for learning, growth, and personal mastery.
✨ What does ‘holistic’ mean here?
Holistic means supporting all parts of you – mind, body, emotions, and identity – to create true, lasting change.
